Hair is made of protein and washing your hair with shampoos that contain protein will help repair split ends. Some people get split ends due to many years of wearing chemical hair perms. If you wear a perm or just your natural hair, you can do hairstyles that will protect your ends. You may want to clean your hair from all the buildup of shampoos, and other hair products, by using an ‘apple cider vinegar rinse’ every two months. An apple cider vinegar rinse will help with clarifying your hair from the previous buildup of products, and then you can use a deep conditioner after the vinegar rinse.
Some people may want to trim their hair to get rid of the split ends faster; but you would have to use a good pair of shears (scissors) to clip the hair ends. To prevent your from breaking and falling out, you can trim the hair ends every 6 months. Split ends are not attractive; it makes the hair look bad. Not having split ends in the hair will make your hair look attractive, classy, sexy, and good.
