The first signs that a person is sick will sometimes show on the skin. Things you do with your body shows up on your skin such as; eating habits, cope with stress, exercise, and attitude towards life. Making small changes to have a balanced lifestyle will require a daily regimen for your healthy skin, hair and nails. Many women have a high level of stress with running a household, and working on other daily tasks. Men also have a high level of stress when it comes to bringing in the primary finances for their household. But whatever we do in the household or outside the household, we need to practice healthy challenges to prevent and maintain a balance lifestyle.
The things that are good for our inner selves; spirit, soul, mind, and heart will benefit our outer appearance also. All living-beings need water to grow, survive, and replenish; especially human being. Drinking water will help you maintain a healthy glowing skin, healthy hair, and healthy nails. People should drink about 4-8 (8 ounce) bottles of water every day to prevent illnesses, dry skin, brittle nails, and brittle hair.
Since our bodies are made for movement, we should exercise eat least 5 minutes daily to maintain a regular exercise routine.
Healthy Food Regimen for Your Skin
Good looking skin starts from the inside out.There are some foods that should be avoided to help keep a healthy looking skin complexion; avoid eating white sugar, candy, cookies with white sugar, and sodas. Try to avoid salty foods as well, such as ; potato chips, white salt on foods, and salty peanuts. When you're buying nuts; buy the nuts that don't contain salt. Also it's important to avoid eating pork which contains toxins, and is not good for your health. Pork meat can cause many diseases, sickness, and skin problems.
Healthy Food Regimen
- Whole grain foods; breads, cereal, crackers, pasta, oatmeal, and brown rice (2-4 servings a day).
- Daily fruit; kiwi, apples, bananas, grapefruit, oranges, melons, pears, etc. (2-4 servings daily).
- Daily dairy foods; low fat cheese, yogurt, and milk (2-3 servings a day).
- Daily protein intake; beans, chicken, fish, beef, turkey, and soybeans (2-3 servings per day).
- Vegetable daily intake; yams, Romaine salad, squash, peppers, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, spinach, peas, corn, etc. (3-5 servings per day).
To maintain a healthy lifestyle and adjust your eating habits, it's best to write down everything you eat on paper. Also drinking water assists with preventing constipation, obesity, circulation problems, digestion, other health conditions and illnesses, as well as dehydration. It's best to drink water before each meal and 10 minutes after eating a meal; because water can assist with you having a healthy glowing tone.
